I tired to call this company. I left several messages and my calls were never returned. I got the owner’s number (Justin) from an employee. I left a message with him and he finally called me back. My mom is 90 and had an issue with bugs. Justin assured me he would call her to take care of this. It has been 2 months. Still waiting….terrible customer service! Don’t use!

Not only are they significantly cheaper than other options (half the cost of other quotes), Angelina was amazingly helpful in scheduling and handling my questions. Moriah arrived on time, expertly handled every single question that popped in my brain, and even handled things that weren't asked for initially because it made for safer/better service. Silver’s is an excellent pest control company. The staff that service your home and the office staff are professional, friendly and just plain wonderful. I have both the bait stations and monthly pest spraying. Additionally, receiving a text a week before they schedule service is a big help to me, if I need to reschedule they always accommodate me. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone.
