All representatives have been very responsive and accommodating. As someone reacclimating to the south and the little critters- it was important for treatment to be established immediately. I have had two treatments thus far- still saw 2 unfriendlies in the house - but we’re getting there! (when I see NONE it will be an easy 5 star) Also, I love our service guy- he’s friendly, respectful and funny! The process of enrolling and treatment/payments has been nothing short of a breeze! I had my pest control service today with Dylan Stowe. He exceeded all of my expectations!!! He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained what he was doing, and even helped me with a couple of things that weren’t directly related to the service.
