We moved to a house that was next to a field with a really bad ant issue. We contacted this company in the middle of the pandemic and received 2 services before we decided to discontinue service due to buying a house. In October they sent someone who wasn’t our normal technician out and even though no one answered they said he performed outside service. Who would even know? Had a year contract for service. Recieved an email about scheduling the last appointment but never spoke to any one. A week later had a service notice on the door when we returned home saying technician had been by for service, only service the outside. We then received a bill for this. We called and spoke to someone about the bill and the representative on the phone said in the notes they seen that only the outside was serviced so the bill would be reduced.
