Stan can pretty quickly and immediately got to work locating the snake and informing me on some of the measure's I can take in preventing future unwanted guests. Fast service and reasonable prices can't be upset about that.

James was the best ,very professional. They were called out to come from my property manager. For an issue. So after speaking to him, I went ahead and signed up for their service they offer.

Daps Pest Control customer service is great. Stan came out on a service call to our home. He was completely professional, and explained everything. He offer to seal an opening so no squirrel can gain entry to our attic. I will definitely recommend Daps to anyone.

Appointment scheduled for next day. Another pest control company aggravated a bald faced hornets nest and left. They were in my garage and all over the place. I reached out to daps they came at midnight very reasonably priced and even tried to save me some money. Awesome pest control company will look to hire on.

From my first call to inquire about services, to the on-site assessment, to installation, every single person I have been in contact with at DAPS has been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We had a wasp nest growing on the side of our garage. Jeff did an excellent job. He talked us thru the process and then proceeded to get the wasps removed. He did and outstanding job.

Christopher did a first class job insulating my attic! It had to be at least 140° up there and he pushed through like a champ! Him and the crew he was working with, was very punctual efficient and completely cleaned up everything where it looked like they never were here! Highly recommend!!!! Can’t wait for my utility bill to lower because of their hard work!

The home I currently live in was treated by DAPS in April 2024 and I moved in May 2024 and was greeted with an army of roaches that i am still at war with as well as squirrels in the attic. I would expect a company that claims to be so thorough and committed to removing pests would have been able to clear up this issue without it being a problem only a month or so later. Not impresses at all!!

At DAPS, We push ourselves to be the very best that we can be. <br>This type of experience is completely unacceptable and not at all what we deliver for our customers. <br><br>I tried to locate this account by the name but am unable to find an account matching your information. <br>Also, April is a VERY slow month for wildlife services and we only completed about a dozen wildlife jobs. <br><br>I was able to look into each of these account and see all services performed at these locations. None of the ones in the month of April or May have had wildlife services plus pest control services performed at the same location. <br><br>After reading your review, it seems that the home was serviced prior to you moving in. I also realize that this has been over 6 months ago… perhaps you have misidentified the company or what services were provided at the home?<br><br>No matter the situation, please reach out to me directly at 678-886-0389.<br>I would like to be able to confirm if this was or wasn’t our company so I can address this issue with our staff if needed and make things right with you. <br>Thank you so much.

My experience was not good. Whoever was representing the company was extremely unprofessional. They were hired to do my neighbors lawn, not mine. Showing up at my door, after his mistake last time caused me to inhale chemicals which triggered a migraine. I’m fortunate it did not cause a seizure. I’m a lifelong epileptic. He sprayed over the fence, spraying towards me last month and my dogs, and never stopped. He did see me. His attitude today informing me to make sure my dogs were inside my house was that of someone who was obviously reprimanded and mad after I let the company know what happened. I respected the fact that my neighbors hired them. I wasn’t going to even review this company until this second encounter today. Maybe they will actually do something now. Or just be better humans.

You have NOT done any business with DAPS Services but your neighbor has…<br><br>-You are vehemently against pest control treatments but respect your neighbors right to protect themselves from disease carrying insects. You called in and I spoke with you personally because you were concerned that the treatment in the woodline of your neigbors home would cause you to have a seizure. I explained that we adhere to the strictest standards in our application process and I addressed your concerns with the service professional. The treatment is being done on your neighbors property approximately 60+ feet away from your home and he assured that he would be extra cautious when servicing the property adjacent to you and would even go the extra mile, as our service professionals tend to do, and make contact with you first to let you know that service was going to be rendered at your neighbors home, as a courtesy. I relayed this information to you on a follow up call and you were very appreciative on the phone. <br>On the very next service we fulfilled the commitments made which was apparently very infuriating to you. I believe that covers it. <br><br>I am sorry and again ensure you that We strive diligently to provide excellent services and build strong relationships with our customers. I felt that I personally listened intently to you and worked out an agreeable solution. Our goal is to be the BEST company in the industry and to leave every interaction we have with someone with them feeling better that they did before, (no matter how big a feat it may be)<br><br>Please let me know if there is anything further that we can do to help your plight.
