I’ve been with Clark Pest Remedy for around a year. Will Owensby has been a delight to work with! I’ve never had a problem with pests in my home, which means he’s maintaining a proper perimeter barrier with each application. Will and the staff at Clark are professionals that take customer service seriously. Great business partners! If Santa trusts them with his workshop, you can too!

#1 company for bed bugs

Clarks pest control has been spraying my home for over 7 years. My house is pretty big over 3400 SQ. FT. I have had nothing but great results with Clark Pest Control. I live near a lake; water bugs and spiders were an issue. One call to Clark Pest Control and we are bug and spider free inside and outside. They also caught a field mouse in my home before. Their agents are so respectful. Before entering my home the gentleman put shoe coverings on. I felt very safe with them in my home. I am grateful as a woman who is literally terrified of bugs and spiders (also mice).

We’ve been using Clark now for over 2 years now. Their very attentive to all our needs. Everyone from the office to the guys in the field. Thanks Clark Pest Control for a job well done.

I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Mr Chris Haney from Clark Pest Control. There service is second to none. I have requested Chris because he’s always on time. He’s knowledgeable of the products. And he’s very respectful . Prior to Regular services I had the Bed bug service with the trained canine to detect the bed bugs and that was a awesome experience also. They do an alright job and have good customer service but they don't always communicate effectively to let you know when they're going to show up.

Would highly recommend! Family owned & operated. Everyone you encounter is friendly and polite. The service Technicians are always clean & respectful. Have used for numerous years and would use no other.

They came out and did a wonderful job killing all of the pest.

William came out gave me inspection and I hired him on the spot very knowledgeable and felt great company came highly recommended came out wen said and did a outstanding job I highly recommend these guys

This is a company that wants to do the right thing. After a problem with my service they reached out to me to make it right... and they have. Fair price for the service they provide. Keep up the good work!

I found termite damage in my main structural beam in my home. When I call them out Garey Clark said he would not pay for the damage to my home. I have had a 14 years warranty with them to be cover for something like this. I had the Georgia Department of Agriculture come out and they found some problems with Clark pest control on how they were doing the job some of the bait station had not been change in over 90 days which would allow for termites to get in also some of the bait station had no bait in them I do have a written report from the agriculture department them to prove this claim. We would suggest anyone thinking of using this company, to save a whole lot of time, and money and buy a few cans of Decon before hiring them for anything.

This business deserves less than a star. Awful! We paid for monthly exterior service and when they were needed, not only they DIDN'T SHOW UP but they never placed record of our complaint about it, THEY DO NOT COVER FOR BEES OR WASP!!! When contracted, this detail was not specified. We called to cancel and we got billed either way for the service we didn't receive. Their outdated website provides no information to whom escalate this matter to so we were stuck with someone on the phone that was unprofessional and unkind to our needs because we continued to get billed even after canceling. The manager that got on the phone said that there was no record of any contract cancellation or service not provided complaint and threaten us by saying that there was nothing we could do other than pay or spend $320 taking this $85 case to court. Been new to the state and specifically to Henry County, we paid just to get their rude and indecent way of doing business out of our lives. We find comfort keeping business AWAY from them to the best of our abilities.

I have become very disappointed in my service from Clarks. I have been with them from my new home pre-treatment and for the past 9 years. Several times I have called them back out due to missed bait stations. Now I have found termites active in my garage. I had to call them, only to find out that they agreed that I have termites. I found out that I have had them for some while. I have paid them to agree that I have termites. I killed the termites before they came out the see them. I have pretty much damage that they tell me they will not fix. Why do I have this service ??? It is time for me to find another company that I can trust to find my termites and not find them myself. We purchased an old house under their termite contract. Spent 30 minutes listening and quoted $110 anually over the phone. Then they show up wanting $330. So I visited office and was told the price is $280? Turned them down and they show up taking the termite bait traps while I was at work.

So far so good! Initial evaluation was good...on time... courteous. Didn't try to sell unnecessary services. Appointment setting for Initial service (pest treatment) was almost immediate--- actual service was also on time and courteous. This summer, '12 should be tell-tale for quality.
