I have used Terminex for over 6 years now, and am truly fed up with this company. I recently canceled my termite package because they raised prices and never came out to fill the bait traps. I was assured multiple times that they would fill in the holes after they removed the traps. I paid my bill for termites in increments for 20 years without any problems! Then on Feb 28, 2024 Scott comes over which I expected him to do a Termite inspection and he starts in a contract spill??
