I have used Terminex for over 6 years now, and am truly fed up with this company. I recently canceled my termite package because they raised prices and never came out to fill the bait traps. I was assured multiple times that they would fill in the holes after they removed the traps. When I spoke to the person who removed them, he said he didn’t fill in the holes because the company didn’t do that. He also said that if he left any behind that we could just throw them away. I have been using Meyer Pest Service since 2015 for my home and my rental property. They are always friendly, professional, and always on time; and most importantly, I don't have bugs! Meyer Pest Service was honestly the best choice I made when I sold my previous house and for my current home. I asked for a termite inspection on my previous home, and he came out quick and was so knowledgeable and explained everything he checked for. When it comes to my current home pest extermination, he has been so nice and quick on service. His work has also been perfect and all the pest we had are now gone. We have used Meyer Pest Control for years. They provide routine, friendly, and informative service for all nearly 6,000 sq. ft. of our facility. If something outside the ordinary is noticed they let us know. If there is something they haven't seen here but want us to watch for, they tell us. They follow up with, if we see it, let them know and they will come back. This is huge. They always schedule their time and are here when they say they'll be here. We have not had any issues with pests.
Ian came out today to investigate what I thought were termites. First of all I got the appointment in less than 24 hours. Second he was prompt and such a pleasant gentleman!! He checked around the entire house and found nothing. I really enjoyed meeting this gentleman. Finally I asked what did I owe for his inspection and he informed me $0!!! I will definitely call Knox in the future when I need an exterminator!! Fabulous experience!!
