Welcome to Knox Pest Control! We offer a wide variety of services to meet the needs of homeowners and businesses throughout the Southeast, including Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. We offer pest control services for termites, ants, spiders, bees, mosquitos, and more. In addition, we offer humane wildlife removal services, such as squirrels, raccoons, mice, rats, and bats. We offer lawn care services, T-A-P Insulation, bed bug removal, and sanitation services. Our mission is to help you have a beautiful and safe home inside and out. We're a fourth-generation family-owned pest control business. Sean Knox and Justin Knox continue the family legacy.

Great service, technicians showed up promptly to service my home. They also explained what to do if I got a surprise rat in the middle of my kitchen which is why I called to ask about service in the first place.

Ian came out today to investigate what I thought were termites. First of all I got the appointment in less than 24 hours. Second he was prompt and such a pleasant gentleman!! He checked around the entire house and found nothing. I really enjoyed meeting this gentleman. Finally I asked what did I owe for his inspection and he informed me $0!!! I will definitely call Knox in the future when I need an exterminator!! Fabulous experience!!

Yesterday had one of the drivers tried to jump in front of me when I wouldn’t let him he rode my bumper All I can say is the one that lives at lodge if he does it again he’ll be living at Sam Walker Drive for a little while I just installed a GoPro

The lady named Angie in the home office is the rudest person ever!! She needs to be fired for such poor customer service and attitude!

I use to love Knox and the two guys who was doing our service then about 4 or 5 months ago our regular guy disappeared and thay can never show up when thay are sapose to thay have completely forgot to do our service some months thay saposidly have a satisfaction garo tee let's see because that don't care what you have going on or that you only get one check at beginning of month thay will just show up well I'm done with them
Do not recommend them they are expensive and does not kill the pests.

I called Knox Pest Control to get a pest and termite control estimate. Ricky and Romono came to my home, I was impressed that Ricky went into my attic to test for pests and he then gave me a fair estimate, Romona measured the exterior of the house and gave me a termite protection estimate. I told them I would get two more estimates from other pest control companies. I called both Ricky and Ramona on Friday and told Ricky his estimate price was similar to the other two companies, but I would like to go with Knox for pest control, but called and told Romona her termite estimate was $300 higher than the two other companies and both companies offered termite insurance with their contract. I asked Romona if she would be able to match their offer as I would like to go with Knox based on their technicians work experience, she told me she would talk to the bosses and get back to me. I called her back on Tuesday and she didn't even remember me and I had to explain to her again about her high termite estimate, she then said, "Oh, I don't think they'll go for it", in other words she didn't talk to anyone, and then she said I'm sorry, I should of called you back. I said "Yes, you should have". I felt she was unprofessional and I then decided I wouldn't go with her company.
