Great experience, Great team, and our tech, Robert was amazing to deal with and very professional. We were referred by the previous homeowner and we are happy we signed on with them after several failed experiences with another larger company that starts with a T and ends with an X. Robert took personal attention to detail in making sure that we were happy and that our home was pest free. Thank you.

We have been with Northwest for over a year. We deliberately picked them from another big name company that we were not satisfied with., We could tell the difference. The accurate communication alone was a big step up. Northwest will send a text message in advance to let you know that your service is scheduled that week. Our fantastic technician, goes further, and will call to let me know that he is on his way. At the end of the service, the technician will send communication of what Service he performed. What is the very best part of Northwest service is our specific technician. He is reliable, professional, and kind. He always calls before he arrives. Over the year of service, we have developed a relationship built on his trust. I would highly recommend anybody to Northwest.

If you are seeking excellent customer service and treatment options look no further for these guys are the best pest control service in town! Stephen and John both provided excellent inspections and treatment, as well as provided valuable insight on how to address a variety of problems we were experiencing with our new house purchase. Would certainly recommend Northwest to anyone seeking pest control services.

We have used Northwest for several years now. We have been very satisfied with their service. No more ants inside. We can put the cats feed on the floor or outside with no ants getting in the bowl. So happy with that and many other pests ❤️

I have been dealing with this pest control for a while now and it is sad that I can't get a return call. This issue have been going on for months and I am always getting placed on hold and saying Brandi will return my call. I called last week and was told that the manager would contact me, but again nothing. I have document every time I have called and who was suppose to come out. The tech was even telling them he came out to my place,, but he never showed up. I am sick of the run around. Maybe now they will get in touch with me, because they happily toke the money but haven't finish the service. Really ready to get another company and see what can be done about the money spent

They are quick to take the money from my account but can't seem to get someone here to spray inside the house. For the latest visit I reached out to let them know the tech never showed up. That was 3 weeks ago & still no response. I've lost time from work waiting for a tech to show up and they never did. Then I would get an alert on my Ring that a tech is ringing my doorbell WHILE I'M AT WORK for an unscheduled visit. There is one tech who has been super nice though. Unfortunately, he's not the scheduler. I am so disappointed.

Food was great but the salads sucked. Will go back to try again. Was just my first visit. Friendly staff.
