I reached out to inquire about lawn mowing services, not realizing that this company only handles weed control. That was my mistake, and I explained my situation and decided not to move forward with any services. However, since then, I have received multiple phone calls and even had representatives show up at my house. I understand following up on leads, but after clearly stating multiple times that I am not interested, the continued contact feels excessive and borderline harassment. To be clear

Brown spots after paying for core aeration. Why can’t lawn professionals be able to diagnose. Very disappointed in the service and we are shopping with competitors. Technicians are very nice but I believe the products used are not sufficient and there are management issues with lack of competence. Going to also report to BBB. Too much paid for subpar products.
