I have kept this company out which being used by the previous homeowners prior to my purchase of this property. This has been the most unprofessional business people I have encountered. I cancelled my pest control service because they harassment I would receive quarterly by their office staff. They operate the business as if its a collections agency, I didn't like that they contact you right away to pay before they come out or right after coming in to service me. Love, love, love them. Our technician is Jay and he is the best. We had a terrible problem with German Roaches. After the first visit we noticed a huge difference and it got better each time. We are free of those pesky things. Their customer service is awesome. We get an email letting us know when our appointment is we get a text from the technician or a phone call when he’s on his way. Cleary Exterminators set an appointment and price, and Randy showed up a few minutes early to spray our house. I appreciate how he was on time, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me what his plan of action was to not only rid our house of pests, but keep them from coming back. These guys are just the best. On our initial appointment, we had a thorough inspection and honest review of what we needed for the home. We have noticed a considerable decrease in bugs inside and outside of the house since we started using their services. We have had 3 total visits and every time the guys are great and easy work with. They frequently gives tips and pointers we can be doing and looking out for ourselves. Will be continuing to do business with these guys for a while.
