Reasonably priced. I have had 4 treatments so far by Jay and have only seen 2 bugs since 2nd treatment. Quality customer care and on time. He got the job done!

Bigham Services knows how to treat people like people. I am a customer but Mike was treated me like family. He walked me around the outside of my home and explained everything (before and after). Love, love, love them. Our technician is Jay and he is the best. We had a terrible problem with German Roaches. After the first visit we noticed a huge difference and it got better each time. We are free of those pesky things. Their customer service is awesome. We get an email letting us know when our appointment is we get a text from the technician or a phone call when he’s on his way. I’ve had to change the date a few times since we started using them and it’s never been a problem. The people that answer the phone are wonderful very kind and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any of their services.

I have been using Bigham Services for a few years now for my annual home termite service. Always great service from them at a reasonable price. Michael Gordon was quick, efficient and very personable. Highly recommend this company.
Stated work had been done that wasn’t. Incorrectly billed. Cannot recommend their tech Bryan but the company was willing to work with me to resolve the issue.

Bryan is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable
Very deceptive.They charge you $685 .00 to do nothing but throw some liquid in the bait station .After the yr end if you choose not to renew they will remove the bait stations and tell you it wasn’t apart of what you paid for .Renewal to retreat is $285.00 what did I pay the remaining $400.00 for .You are better off buying the system on Amazon and self install .The owner is also very rude no customer service skills whatsoever.I recommend paying them cash for service if you decide to use because he will draft your account without permission/a contract or an approval.

Yaniesh, We are very sorry you are upset. In the terms of our termite service agreement, it clearly states that we will retain ownership of the termite bait system. We cannot out right sell termite bait systems to people because we are responsible for the termiticide that is inside them. If you choose to cancel like you did, we must remove them from the property. Our agreement also states that the annual renewal will be on or about the anniversary of the initial treatment and that it will renew automatically. The homeowner must notify us in writing to cancel. Once you actually notified us in writing, we immediately refunded your money. We have the confirmation of it being returned. We then removed the stations for the above mentioned reasons. We tried to explain all this on the phone with you, but you would not accept our answers. We have been in this business for 18years. It has always been this way and it will always be this way. We will not put our pest control license in jeopardy by leaving a termite system behind. If there was a way to post a picture of our service agreement, we would. We do nothing to be deceptive about what we do. Every customer has the opportunity to review and sign the termite service agreement before we start work.
The person that comes regularly to service my house does not call before he comes. Plus, I don’t see a difference in the number of bugs inside and outside of my house. Once, my year is up on the contract, I will no longer use their service. Very unprofessional service. Healing place is not my name it is Crystal Young and I do have an account with you. You do not send any notifications to me. Plus, why was the wasp nest in my garage instead of the trash. I had to dispose of it on my own. I live in Covington, Ga. So, I do have an account with you

Hello! We do not have an account with the name Healing Place. We haven’t received any calls for reservice either. I’m sorry you’re not happy. We always send appointment notification emails to all customers. Our technicians even text when on the way. Please call the office at 770-483-8640. If the account is under a different name, please let us know. We offer FREE reservices that can be utilized to correct any pest problems that may be happening.<br>Update: We called and left you a message. Please feel free to call the office. We would like to reverify the email address and phone number on file. Our last service was on 6/21 and no one was home to let us in, so we did an exterior service. So I’m not sure how a wasp nest got inside your garage without us having access.
