I have kept this company out which being used by the previous homeowners prior to my purchase of this property. This has been the most unprofessional business people I have encountered. I cancelled my pest control service because they harassment I would receive quarterly by their office staff. They operate the business as if its a collections agency, I didn't like that they contact you right away to pay before they come out or right after coming in to service me. I had never going without paying

I would not recommend use of this company. I had an appointment scheduled for the inside and outside of my house but ended up having to cancel. The exterminator, a new person (which appeared to be a new person each quarter), stated the appointment was canceled. I notified Arrow that I was no longer using them as a service due to the exterminators showing up out of the time frame and a day early/late.
