Jordan is so nice and kind. He genuinely cares about his clients, their families and their pets. He does a wonderful job and is very thorough with any insects that may be causing you issues. He is punctual and communicative and is eager to help however possible. Not many companies out there will treat your house, ask how your husbands knee is after surgery and take the time needed to show that you are cared about. 5 stars!

I was so pleased and surprised by the service. We had seen a strange bug we feared was a "bed bug". He came to us promptly, disassembled our bed, a sofa, and an upholstered chair searching for signs of bed bugs, but located none. After doing more than an hour's work and a very thorough search, he did not charge us! I expected to pay, but he told me "hire me when we find something." He didn't even charge for a service call! I believe that a professional who is so confident in his work, and who treats the customer so well, is someone rare. Clearly, this company may be trusted with any task. He is a good man besides being a great pest control professional. I can not rate him more highly than I have. Total Pest Control is Totally Different from all others for the very best reasons.

Jordan provided great service to our new home. He even returned later to finish the exterior of the home after thunderstorms rolled through while servicing the home. That's customer service. He could've easily said I'm done and not completed the service. Thanks Jordan

I was very impressed with Jordan! He gave me lots of details by phone and visited the same day to treat my home. He arrived when he said he would and explained his treatment plan, answering all of my questions. He was extremely thorough and kept me updated throughout the process. His professional appearance gave me added confidence in his work. Best part was I woke up to a dead roach on the floor the following morning! I’ll be using him from now on and referring my friends!

Jordan with Total pest control is awesome. Jordan showed up with everything he needed and knew exactly what to do. Unlike other people I called, he didn't charge $2000 dollars and talk about treating your property. Jordan only charges to set up a trap and catch the critter. Jordan is very nice, extremely quick and amazingly thorough. I had a squirrel in my attic and now Jordan has it..lol

Total Pest Control came recommended to me from another pest control company that has been doing business for more than 35 years when we came under attack from bedbugs. Total Pest Control came in and completely wiped out the entire problem in one treatment. Not only did they charge a fair price, they personally helped us with every detail concerning the bugs, and there has been no recurrence of the issue. Jordan, with Total Pest Control, has been incredible to work with. we had an infestation of ants back in September of last year and so we got in contact with him through a family referral. we set up an appointment and he arrived on time and within a day or so, we didn’t see any more ants. extremely kind hearted and generous. would 10/10 times recommend his services!!!

Huge shoutout to Jordan with Total Pest Control! We knew we had a yellow jacket problem, but he found a giant yellow jacket nest hiding inside our walls (terrifying 😅) He responded quickly to our call, jumped right in, handled everything so efficiently, and made sure every single yellow jacket was gone. On top of that, he was kind, professional, and even cleaned up before leaving. What could have been such a stressful situation turned into an easy fix thanks to him!
