Have had not so good experiences and good experience with this company. 2 guys came to do an exclusion on our house due to a rodent problem. They did build us a new crawl space door, which is awesome. But they left that side of the house a mess. I would never leave someone’s house like that? That same day, I happened to overhear them say that neither one of them got to a spot under the deck, the most problem area of them getting in and out. Not impressed at all and can’t wait until our contract is up. We requested they spray inside, and they always give us the excuse that they can’t spray in the house, and then when we ask for them to spray in the attic, they say, unfortunately, we don’t have a ladder. Also, we rarely see them on the property but yet they still remember to charge our card. I feel like they should leave a notice stating they were on-site. We will probably switch to a well-known company as we feel we have not receive
