Our apartment community, WTA has been working with Josh at Master Pest for more than 6 years now and we have seen an tremendous effective decline with pests (roaches, termites, rollie pollies, wasp, centipedes, etc.) in the units treated by Josh. Hired by apartment complex. I had cockroaches due to another tenant. They have worked diligently to help get and keep the other apartments free. They are knowledgeable and great to deal with. All of the staff are very nice and respectful. They actually care.

If I could leave no stars I would. I pay for their service through my apartment complex and I have never lived in a place with a continuous bug issue due to this company’s negligence. They have “serviced” my apartment twice and the bugs haven’t gotten any better.if anything it’s like “what they did” brought more bugs into my home.

This is the company my apartment complex uses. I put in a pest control request FOUR WEEKS AGO and no one has come. I called my leasing office and the lady tells me that they came and treated my apartment yesterday at 4pm, I literally work from home and no one has come out. So why lie and say you came when you didn’t? I pay monthly for pest control yet no one has come out to control the pests??

I pay for their services through my apartment complex, just moved in a week ago and we have a gnat and roach problem. Someone was supposed to come out but went by the leasing office instead, never our apartment, and apparently our roach and gnat issue wasn’t worth their time they told them to tell us to leave “cups of water & soap out” and that was it. Still haven’t had anyone come by our apartment yet and I’ve sent a message to their site but still haven’t heard back so I won’t be continuing to pay a pest control fee if they’re refusing us service. If gnats and roaches aren’t worth your time then what do y’all consider pests?

The guy who comes to Durant at Sugarloaf Apartments is so rude. When we told him we have roaches hs always says "This is what you get when you live in Georgia" and today he told us to move to another state if you don't like roaches. That's absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful.

Was next to a driver for this company that was literally on his phone texting for the entire length, thought to look up the place and looks like the reviews were already terrible enough. Going through them was funny, looks like they’re just owned and employed by pretty terrible people. Texting and driving takes lives, and usually not the right one.

The technician, Jeremy, they sent over to treat for rodents refused to do anything but leave rodent poison in corners of my kitchen, no sealing openings, no snaptraps, no glue boards- just poison. He lacked concern and had no alternative solutions (what exterminator doesnt have rat traps? did you know you were working today) I've worked in pest control for over 6 years that is one of the major NONOs- you never leave bait inside for rodents: 1. baiting inside may actually attract activity and 2. it's likely they'll die and decompose in the walls and dealing with that isn't an option. This was just a fail of a visit and 2 definite thumbs down for the customer service and service provided (NONE)

This company was contracted by my apartments. I reported a wasps nest on my patio 3 weeks ago. After checking every few days and reporting the delay to management, they too were surprised that my service request wasn’t completed. Yesterday, my apartment was visited while I was out. BIG MISTAKE. Always stay home to make sure the service is completed properly. It looks as the the wasps nest was just kicked down. The nest is still on my patio and the wasps are now flying around searching for a new place to construct another nest. I’m positive repellents weren’t used. Absolutely poor quality and NO professionalism.

I am convinced they didn’t do anything... this morning I hear a guy come through the door and leave not even 2 minutes later... I came out the room and see a business card on the stove as if he did anything .. I know for a fact he did not spray the place ! When they think you’re not home they just leave the business card and go to make it seem like they did a service..

I recently moved from an apartment complex in Atlanta that utilized the services of this company, and I continued to see roaches and palmetto bugs. Whatever they use it doesn't work. Also, their exterminator, David, was always very rude and outright told me that he knows nothing about roaches or palmetto bugs- he was just their to spray my apartment. I would not recommend Master's. The new complex I moved to use Terminex and not once have I seen any bugs.

There are more bugs now than before they came. You are supposed to add poison to the bait otherwise you are just feeding them.
