Deceptive and Untrustworthy Service I’ve had a terrible experience with Arrow Exterminators. They have billed me twice for pest control services that were never performed. The first time, the technician sat in his car for about an hour and then sent me a bill as if the service had been completed. SCAM! I started using arrow exterminators a few years ago and I paid over $500 to have termite bait stations set, in hopes of preventing termites. A few months later I got a bill for around $300 stating they had came out and put in new bait stations. I didn’t sign anything stating they could come do this, but I paid them anyways. I had adopted 3 kittens from the Gordin County Animal Control..and had 3 reduced cost spay/ neuter certificates for each..
