Very easy to work with and timely appointment setting. They were able to get out there the next day. I called and asked if tech to give me a status update. Tech called within less than 5 minutes. I will continue to work with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lock you into a 12 month agreement even if you only need them to come once or twice. And to get out of the agreement they charge you an additional 240$. On top of that they give no warning when they are gonna charge you. They just randomly take 120$ out of your payment method every month.

This place is a legit scam. They came once and did fine. And then I called and told them I didn’t need them to come back please don’t charge me again. Well they charged me again. So I called again and told them to take my card off their records. Off autopay. And they said they would. I called back again after a few days and said that I just wanted to confirm I did not want a follow up appointment and to make sure my card was off file. And they said it was. Well guess what they just charged me again. So they have now successfully robbed me of over 300$. Do not use this service
