I've used Expest for over 20 years. When I moved 10 miles to my new house, they were one of the few that serviced that area. With years of such a positive experience It was a no-brainer to have them continue, even if some of the tasks were duplicated through the transition from the previous owner.

Nov 4, 2024 I had further company contact as somehow a chipmunk died in trap in my basement. ExPest sent people within a few hours and they removed chipmunk and did a thorough search of likely entry points (none found, it may have entered via open door?). Having occ critter die in basement is sad and also gross and frustrating and I really like that it is not my task to remove it. 2023--One year now since rat exclusion service performed by Expest. I did have 1 rat in basement trap several months as ago, it was quickly retrieved by Expest and additional inspection done. Today was routine annual inspection (no problems noted) and I received assistance in replacing exterior plastic dryer vent that was sealed as part of exclusion. I REALLY appreciate it. Rats are smart, persistent and worthy adversaries, and maintenance and follow-up is key. Expest did great initial install and now I can confirm their excellent follow up as well. I'm not just pleased but I'm actually shocked at how good this company is at their job and their customer service every step of the way. Too often businesses are disappointing in their service these days. Expest is one of the best.

These guys are the best. Today was termite bait change. Two of the most friendly guys jumped out the truck and said we’re here to replace your bait traps. They don’t just look at them they actually replace them. I’ve had other companies not come for a year. Love this friendly family business.

They do a great job. Great communication from the office and the field team. They have sprayed on time each time they have scheduled with me and most recently removed a massive hornets nest from my back yard. I have not experienced any ‘upsale’ BS that you must deal with other exterminators. Honest hard working folks.

I had a great experience. It was a last minute call and they got me on the schedule the day after a holiday. The technician was on time and notified me they were on their way. This was an initial service for a new customer. It was a complete and thorough inspection and treatment of my property. Looking forward to continuing the relationship.
