One star for phone calls to the Commerce office! Your call will go to voice mail and no one returns your call promptly! After numerous voice mails left and a complaint submitted on their website I finally received a call. The rep. Said they would call me back with an appointment to take care of a bee nest. They did call back but I didn't answer before they hung up. I called right back and got voice mail and left a message at 3:30 pm. This is the next morning and I just left another voice mail! V
Nov 4, 2024 I had further company contact as somehow a chipmunk died in trap in my basement. ExPest sent people within a few hours and they removed chipmunk and did a thorough search of likely entry points (none found, it may have entered via open door?). Having occ critter die in basement is sad and also gross and frustrating and I really like that it is not my task to remove it. 2023--One year now since rat exclusion service performed by Expest. A 5-Star rating from me! I had a great experience with Homestar Pest Solutions! I was lucky enough to work directly with the owner "Shane". He was on time and came ready to work. He was informative, quick, clean and tidy. Homestar guarantees their work and did so even when other companies refused to do the job or follow-up after. I would definitely recommend Homestar to anyone with a carpenter bee issue. They also exterminate many other types of pests.

I have been a customer of Expest Exterminating for over 20 + years. They do my yearly termite inspection and I also have them spray monthly for mosquitoes. I had a great experience. It was a last minute call and they got me on the schedule the day after a holiday. The technician was on time and notified me they were on their way.
