One star for phone calls to the Commerce office! Your call will go to voice mail and no one returns your call promptly! After numerous voice mails left and a complaint submitted on their website I finally received a call. The rep. Said they would call me back with an appointment to take care of a bee nest. They did call back but I didn't answer before they hung up. I called right back and got voice mail and left a message at 3:30 pm. This is the next morning and I just left another voice mail! V

We wanted pest service for our home but was convinced to try any service too. We set ant service up first and he was going to come back to initiate pest service but never did (so first fail).
