The pest control guys who come to spray are always nice and professional. It’s the receptionist who could be more professional in how she interacts with customers. I hadn’t heard from sims pest control in months. They stopped showing up and calling every month to setup their visits. I finally received an invoice months later since the last pest control visit and received a call shortly thereafter. The receptionist was very rude and not believing me when I told her I was wondering what had happened to my services as I hadn’t heard from them in months, they just seemed to disappear. She claimed she’d called me several times and left messages. I denied this notion and she seemed to get an attitude when I told her I’d never received such calls or messages as I would’ve called back promptly to discuss services. She asked me to pay up. When I asked about scheduling our next service she said we could do that soon but after running my card, hung up and never called me back. Such lack of professionalism. I guess my months of commitment to this company as a customer means nothing as well as my money. Guess I’ll just have to take it elsewhere then…

We're always saddened when we learn we aren't a good fit with a customer.<br><br>Unfortunately, circumstances sometimes force us to make tough decisions regarding scheduling accounts. Sometimes, there's just not enough hours in the month, and we have to figure out way to prioritize which services get scheduled. One of the first ways we prioritize is billing status. Accounts with balances paid in full are prioritized for scheduling over accounts with unpaid balances. We try to be clear regarding our Net 30 payment terms in our service agreements so everyone is on the same page.<br><br>After reviewing your account, it appears there was an invoice from December 2022 that was unpaid until April 2023. This seems to be the reason for the interruption in your service. <br><br>As for a scheduling request following your final payment, I simply can't find a record of any such request. That doesn't mean you didn't ask to be scheduled. It just means a scheduling request was not entered. If you requested to be restarted and we dropped the ball here, please accept our apology.<br><br>Thanks again for your feedback. We wish you the best. Be blessed.<br><br>-B.
