First failure Technician only treated outside and not the inside for quarterly treatment, then failed to show on next scheduled date, then showed an hour early the next scheduled date without calling. On misqitom treatment, watched technician treat around the house through Ring camera and did not step foot in the backyard. All occasions manager never called. The service technician did a great job and explained the process thoroughly and was confident that the treatment would take care of the problem. Without question a fantastic service experience. The office and technicians communication are super helpful ao we know when to expect arrival of the technicians. Landon takes care of our quarterly service. We also had another tech install some covers guards to our crawlspace as the previous homeowner didn't make that a priority. The first step in pest control, is to eliminate and seal up access points first and foremost.
