He showed up on time, answered all of my husbands questions and even allowed my husband to be as much part of the process as he wanted to be. Today we had some unexpected visitors in our backyard. A huge colony graced us with their presence. Brent came out right away and took care of them for us. He was very quick and efficient. He also stuck around to answer all of our bee related questions. We will definitely use him in the future if we have anymore visitors.

Mr. Brent is the epitomy of what good quality customer service by small business owners should be... I called the big company, Terminex, to remve a bee hive for me... They scheduled my appointment and never showed... Mr. Brent showed up on the same day I contacted him, and he removed around 7000 bees within 30 minutes!! He explained what he was doing and he even gave me some knowledge on the nature of bees... Overall good service... And, his son was such a mannerable and respectful young man...
