Adams Exterminators

I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. The guy John had popped up to my house several times un-notified AFTER I told him I will call him when I am home for him to come out to service my home . Then he continues to ask can he do the outside and I said no . I would prefer him to wait til I’m ready to get it serviced so he can do the inside and outside. However , he comes on a random day and SERVICE the outside and Adams emailed me a bill . For a service I never approved of & I didn’t even get the inside done .

I was disappointed in this. None of the cabinets were vacuumed as u had indicated would be done. The technician appeared to be a rookie as another man came with him to instruct him on what to do. I was told you needed three hours and he called me back in 45 minutes...the house had absolutely no odor some curious what went on. Lots of bugs last night and again this morning.The man that u told me was doing the service call was showing the rookie what to do then left. .I'd appreciate some response

I called to establish service and the customer service representative made numerous errors while processing my account. She charged my credit card before I had signed any official paperwork. I called and spoke with a supervisor who said she would request a credit. I called back three days later because I have not received a refund.
