This is the same company that sprays a vanilla fragrance inside of the home instead of actual insecticide. They did this to save money. One of your techs already spilled the beans

I had rodents in my attic and contacted Northwest for service. MY BIGGEST MISTAKE! Their agent missed appointments w/o notifying me and kept me waiting. Their crew did a poor job of sealing my house after charging me a hefty fee. Their agent set four traps in the attic, which we later discovered had no bait. They took advantage of the fact that I am elderly and, therefore, unable to climb to the attic to check their work. I kept hearing noises above and so reported to Jamie (their agent). His response was that it probably was the A/C when it started, never taking the initiative to come in person to review my complaint. I enlisted the help of neighbors to check my attic and discovered that traps weren't baited as well as other deficiencies of their job for which I paid a lot. The rodents remained there and I had to hire someone else to eliminate them at an additional expense to me.

Disappointed with their business practice of keeping funds for months after a cancellation. Payment is made quarterly but despite cancelling a full month before end of quarter they refused to prorate or refund the unused amount. This allows them to make additional profits off their customers without actually supplying a service. Be cautious of business practices that don’t keep customers in mind.
Waited for two hours for them to come to my house to give me a quote. Called and they said it was an arrival time window.

I have been usibg them for 8 months and have had to call 4 times to come out in between svc even though they were suppose to be servicing me. I am told each time that the insects that I have are bc I live in GA. Then WHY am I paying you monthly for service???? Come to find out, the tech never treated the inside as he should have been doing all along. Spoke to management about my concerns. They know that this happened and apologized....never offered me a refund or a free service....nothing. Basically have been taking my money ea month for nothing. DONT use them. They are more expensive then others and do not care about anything but getting THEIR money. Worst place ever!!!

Service team is refusing to cancel my service and Pro-rate the amount paid for a year of service, so I'll have to dispute it with my credit card company. Their all natural treatment plan does not work. I'll go back to doing my own pest control.
I bought my home back in 2019 as a new build. The builder supplied a year warranty for terminates. Ever since, I have received a fake statement asking to remit $75 for a service. It is very shady, no one has come out and done any work, they don’t call and speak to you. They try and steal $75 for something they didn’t do. I would never do business with this company ever. Too shady

We are not customers of Northwest Exterminating but, we do live next to one of their customers in a very closely built cottage community. All 50 houses here are very close to each other making for tight quarters for all. Herein lies the problem... NW Exterminating sold a Sentricon style system to our former neighbor and came into our courtyard while we were not home and without permission or consultation to install the bait stations using a long steel rod. The way we knew they were there was finding these green plastics caps in the ground. The person installing these devices drove the stake through the drainage pipe that services both my house and my neighbor’s house. Now over a period of time the punctured pipe has allowed dirt and sediment to enter and clog the pipe the entire length to the outlet. When we have rain the downspout from our neighbors house and our downspouts back the water up allowing it to gush out to the point it looks like a fountain. In doing this it has eroded soil away from the foundation and absolutely floods our area. I have talked with the managers since discovering this puncture and have been put off until they got a new manager by the name of Jody. He was accommodating initially and came out to see the issue prior to our former neighbor selling her house and agreed to fix the issue, including unstopping the entire drain pipe. Jody procrastinated, didn’t come out when he said he would, went on vacation, didn’t show when he agreed to after vacation and now a new and very contentious owner has moved in and JODY has escaped the promise by saying,” She’s the owner of the downspout and I can’t do what was agreed upon.” This is an issue that has been going on long before the new owner moved in and NW Exterminating has ducked the issue to a point that I wouldn’t ever be able to trust the integrity of this company and their representatives. The manager before Jody and now Jody himself, has shown to be totally unreliable to the deal with. If you decide to use an exterminator, Please shop around! If I were able to, I would give them a negative number of Stars....sad. UPDATE: Responded toNW Exterminating's request to contact the company.... Absolute silence on the effort they requested. Request obviously an attempt to try and show they were willing to talk....Monumental Fail!!! I guess they assume everyone is easily led.

Worst experience I have had with a service company! After coming out and Not getting rid of my roaches ( they did not treat behind my dishwasher) I did my own pest control and got rid of them. They never came out to do a follow up service, and now I am dealing with a Law firm saying I owe for work they never did!
