We use their services at our café, and their customer service has been exceptional—truly beyond the norm. From the owner Mike Krebs to every team member who’s come out, they’ve been friendly, professional, and thoughtful. One moment that really stood out: On my birthday, without me saying anything, the associate knew and wished me a happy birthday from the whole office. It was such a small, unexpected gesture that really stuck with me. You don’t expect that level of thoughtfulness from a pest control visit, and that’s why I wanted to highlight them. They care about their clients, and that shines through.

I am so pleased with the services I have received from Complete Pest Solutions of Norther Atlanta! I was referred by a friend who uses them when I had an usual problem with crickets getting in the house. They sent Micah out the same day (and accommodated my request for last appointment due to work issues) and I haven't heard a cricket in two weeks (yay for being able to sleep through the night!). This past Friday night when I arrived home, I noticed a large amount of flying insects in the gable vent above my garage. I messaged through Facebook because I knew they were closed and Mike responded immediately, said he would have someone come out first thing Monday, or, if he got back in town early, he would come over the weekend. Sure enough, he was at my house at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and the WASP NEST is gone! And their prices are great!

After a terrible experience with Terminix, I was so happy to find Complete Pest Solutions. They have a very professional, competent, and friendly team. They spent a lot of time inspecting every corner of my house and building a real plan based on the issues they found. This is not your generic chain pest control company. Their team actually cares about their work and their customers.

Mike came to service a termite bond on our home. He was very thorough! I also really appreciate how diligent he was about not tearing up our yard. He did a great job of not destroying my flower beds- which any gardener will appreciate! Very kind and courteous staff as well.

A company that cares! So difficult to find someone reliable and prompt. Extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, willingness to answer questions and concerns. We had a bed bug scare and needed it immediately dealt with. Having a 6 month old and bed bugs doesn't go well together. Luckily we caught it early and complete pest solutions was out that next day. Haven't seen a bed bug since. Highly recommend and forgive me for the long winded review.
