I’ve had a great experience with Noble Pest Control. My previous technician, Bruce, was always very nice, welcoming, and attentive during visits. Today I had my first service with Jesse, and he was just as great. He took the time to explain exactly what he was treating and even talked through how pest activity changes with the seasons. Terrible. Overpriced and no customer support. We used to have a technician who would let us know when he was coming by via text and was aware that we work Monday-Friday etc etc. New tech comes whenever he wants but ALWAYS in the morning time when no one can give him access to the yard he needs to treat (dogs outside). Repeatedly left notes with him and escalated to the office and still being charged for services rendered that were actually not rendered. If your technician can’t accommodate our schedule then let us out of our contract to seek services elsewhere, I offered this solution and was told no.

We are new customers with Noble. They have made it really easy to set up new service. We had our 1st appointment this afternoon. Our technician Tyler explained everything to us then got to work. The ladies in the office are really pleasant to speak to and our Tech was very professional. I am hoping this is the start of a long relationship.

I've been a loyal customer of Noble Pest Control since 2019, but after my recent experience, I had no choice but to fire them. They've always used water from my outdoor spigot without issue--it's just a few gallons a month. However, on June 20th, everything changed. Their technician came, used the backyard hose with a sprayer, and left the spigot on. When I got home at 11:30 PM, I found the hose had burst from the building pressure, and water had been running for who knows how long. The next morning, I called Noble's office to report the incident. I spoke with a staff member who told me to reach out when my water bill arrived, and I mentioned the damaged hose as well. When the bill finally came, it was nearly three times my normal amount. I contacted their office again, spoke to the same person, and was asked to call the County water office for a day-by-day usage breakdown. Even though I knew it wouldn't help, I tried and then emailed her all the proof on August 8th. By August 15th, I still hadn't heard back, so I followed up. After more delays, on August 19th, their office manager finally called me back. The manager acknowledged that I wouldn't be able to fix the hose and offered me a measly $60 for both the hose and a portion of the water bill. When I refused, he became rude, and we agreed to end my service. In a series of emails, they briefly agreed to do the right thing, only for the owner to email me hours later, reneging on the new amount and reverting to the original insulting offer of $60. To add insult to injury, my latest water bill confirms that the spike was entirely due to their negligence--the cost has returned to normal. But what really seals the deal for me is how unprofessional and dismissive they've been throughout this ordeal. Their office manager even blamed me, claiming I didn't contact them promptly and that I provided incorrect dates--claims that were proven false by their own staff member, Stefanie. In conclusion, I've heard similar horror stories from friends and neighbors. Noble Pest Control doesn't care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. They'll enter your property, cause damage, and then argue over what they think is fair, despite clear proof. Hire them at your own risk

I am asking for what’s 1000% fair. Not to mention you’ve let Justin lie and make up stories and not bothered to apologize.

Signed up for quarterly pest services. Showed up once. Then ignored me for the next 6 months. If you want a company that follows through with their service contracts, look elsewhere

Unfortunately a mistake in our scheduling set up that should not have occurred and we apologized for. This person is no longer employed with us for that reason. We reached out to make it right and you would not allow us to continue service. Again our apologies, we pride ourselves in doing right by the customer.
Wish I can give 0 stars. Management takes no responsibility on anything. They changed the trap system and didnt even notify us on it. One manager says we were not contacted but another says we were. Now they will not transfer because they didnt do their job. Promise a time and either wont show or will show up late. Pick another company for your pest or termite. They will blame the customer for everything even when it is THEIR job to notify the customer of any changes. Of course now they say I was not paying my bills. Exactly the kind of dishonesty I was talking about. They just keep lying and lying. Unreal. So unprofessional!!

This customer has been very unreasonable and difficult to say the least. You were notified and did not respond so unfortunately your warranty ended. You also should pay your bills on a timely basis! Its not our job to chase you around for payment. Our customers know us for Honesty and Integrity.
Customer service on the phone is great, especially with Mary Beth, but don't rely on them to be on time for an appointment or even show up at all. First appointment I was completely forgotten about and now the tech is 45 minutes late for the second appointment that I had to reschedule because they didn't show for the first. I would recommend finding a pest control company that is respectful of your time.
This company has definitely changed over the years and NOT in a good way! From a constant change of service technicians coming out to my home. To the receptionist signing me up for services I canceled sometime ago. As well as the owner truly needing to take a business class that will help him understand business and how to run his are just some of the reasons why you should not use this company! 10 years with this company down the drain however, I am happy with my new pest control service and my new home! NEVER going back!
