Excellent service! After sorting through a bunch of companies that spammed me with advertising, I was pleasantly surprised to find these guys. They answered questions directly, were upfront with pricing, and had solid customer service. Our tech Alec was very personable. I’m glad I found these guys, and I plan to use them again next time.

Eric did a thorough inspection of my newly encapsulated crawlspace and went all around the exterior perimeter. He even called my attention to a possible problem with elbows on a water pipe.

They are a good reliable family run small business. The service is excellent and their pricing is competitive. We switched from a larger company due to poor service & billing errors. We're very happy with Healthy Home.

Fantastic company to do business with.

After the initial service they had to come back twice the second time the technician atleast attempted to locate the problem but they never stopped but after a couple of weeks they were back seemly stronger I tried to be patient And go about 3 weeks but I couldn’t take it I called again and they wanted to put me on a month plan but I asked why would I do that since it didn’t last 2 weeks without them building up again so they seemed to be happy about me canceling my service…….. I would never use them again

I’ll start by saying the techs were very nice and the service was effective but the extremely poor communication caused me to finally drop this company within a year of starting. Before hiring them I explained that we are not home on the weekdays until 4:30 due to our work schedules and they assured me they could accommodate that no problem. They have knowingly showed up when no one is home for every service since knowing they can’t access the inside or backyard without us there. Each time I have been crystal clear on appointment times needed and been assured they will honor them just to have the tech show up at the very time we said no one would be home. I was very patient the first few times except for once when the guy was super late with no communication after I had gone home to meet him and needed leave right after. After nearly a year of this happening I finally asked for a supervisor to call me. Sean called and told me they had only provide windows and don’t make appointments which I found odd because: 1-I was told the opposite when I signed on with them. 2-They have given me appointments every time since and assured me they would be there at the set time (although they never were). See screenshots 3-The owner himself has responded to other reviews assuring people they set appointments and honor them. When I brought these points up and expressed my frustration at the company continuing to assure me they would be there at a certain time and just refusing to honor that he said that most people just leave keys for the techs to access the home when home owners are not present. No one in their right mind is doing that. They literally have different techs all the time. People are leaving keys for strangers to have full access to their home!? Umm. No. I expressed that completely ridiculousness of that comment and his response was to sit silently with an open line without speaking further. Needless to say I cancelled immediately. I was excited to support a small business but things like this are unprofessional and leads to honest reviews like these regardless of how long you have been in business. I added the screenshots showing this issue of them saying one thing and doing another and refusing to honor appointments was non stop. Wanted to love this company but it was a frustrating experience.

Don't even waste your time and dollars on these guys! My service was scheduled for Friday. Friday morning I get a text from a guy called Derrick "Hi, this is Derrick with Healthy Home Termite & Pest Control. I wanted to see what day next week would work for your treatment..." I text him back asking what happened to today's treatment and then he started with all these gibberish that didn't make damn sense. In addition he started blaming this lady called Michele for his own mistakes which I really didn't like. I pressed him on why most of the stuff he was telling me at that time were not in the msg, including the technician canceling to which he said, "It was not necessary!" I just couldn't bare his lies, disrespect and untransparency. I canceled the service right away! Don't waste your money and time. Just support another small business that's worth it, not this one. Terrible customer service! If you can't trust them don't spend your money there.

Didn’t spray much and was rude

I would not use this company again. Their inspectors are fine/nice but the have the worst communication when it comes to billing, booking times, and dealing with receptionist. They refuse to book appts ahead of time / or have a consistent schedule, which is not good for working professionals. Perhaps it's because I'm in Atlanta and not Acworth.

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Do not use Healthy Home! The first service was great. The tech was friendly and seemed to do a good job. I agreed to quarterly service. Over the course of a few months I have noticed an increase in roach activity. We keep a clean home, so I know that’s not it...it seems like the service wasn’t effective. One day I randomly get a knock on my door and it’s Healthy Home wanting to do my quarterly service. I told them it’s just not in the budget at the moment and I will call to schedule. Approximately a month later I call and the lady on the phone is super rude....she tells me my account has been canceled and if I want my quarterly service I would have to start the whole process over. Fees and all. Feels like a scam to me. I wanted to try supporting a local business...but they have driven me to the big name brands. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Quality service! Would highly recommend. The technician that came out to the house was very courteous and professional. Will be using them again, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pest control in the area.

I’ll keep it short and not so sweet. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of great pest services out there. No need to choose one that does business in the manner that they do. Move to the next on the list!

Overpriced

Hated the service. Horrible Horrible !! A tech had an attitude because we asked him not to block a neighbors car. He yelled and sped his truck into our driveway. My husband asked him to leave. We cancelled the service. Ill stick with Terminix, always professional. Trying to go cheap.
