I am so happy I went with Advanced Pest Related Services for my pest control needs. My family and I just moved down from Alabama and we were totally surprised by the amount of bugs , especially spiders, here in Florida. We knew it was gonna be bad, but not this bad. I had my wife give Advanced a call and explain our situation. They sent Donald out to service our house and he was very thorough with the inspection before he even started treating. He swept my house for spiders and he used a product that was specifically made for spiders. Donald also pointed out some rodent droppings out by our pool and placed 2 rodent boxes around the problem area. He sprayed my house last week And I am happy to say I have not seen a single spider or any bug for that matter since then. A++++ service!! Thank you Donald!

I saw an Advanced Pest Related Services truck regularly in our community, so called them as we had something chewing through our screen porch. I needed help quickly from a reliable company. Donald came out to inspect the damage and immediately diagnosed a rodent issue. He told me how to deal with eliminating the rats, walking me through all the necessary steps and purchases. He was always available to communicate with me every step of the way. I am fortunate to have found Advanced Pest, and in particular Donald who is so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I honestly have not encountered customer service like this in a very long time! We had new sod put in our yard and there was a problem with the sod from the beginning. The company who I purchased sod from refused to take any responsibility…so Troy (the owner) of Advanced Pest and his employees stepped up and took on the project. Going above and beyond to fix a problem that was not their responsibility to fix…you do not see customer service like this very often…thank you Troy and everyone at Advanced Pest for helping us to restore our yard!!!

Ok, full disclosure, I have not hired this company, since the service I required is specialized. That being said, the gentleman I spoke with, Ray, was knowledgeable with my situation and incredibly helpful with giving quality guidance while pointing me in the right direction. He was terrific and if his service over the phone is exemplary of how this company operates, I will be switching to this company for my routine exterior maintenance.

Kevin, my lawn and shrub technician is the best I’ve ever had, I would have to honestly say my lawn looks better than anybody else’s in the neighborhood. His communication is second to none as is his knowledge. Thank you

We called out Advanced Pest Related Services to take over another companies service, as we were having a roach issue that wouldnt go away. They sent out Donald to treat and within a week we noticed a big difference. He came back 2 weeks later and followed it up and we are now bug free. 👏👏👏

So glad I called Advanced! We had a major flea infestation after coming home from vacation and they came out the same day , treated the issue and we were able to come back in later that afternoon. Just wanted to say that I was super impressed with your tech Donald who came out to our townhome community in Four Corners last week. He was very helpful and friendly. He took care of some wasp nests that were extremely high and also treated the fire ant mounds that were out in the yard which went beyond his scope of work. Thank you Advanced and thanks Donald !!!

Experience as of now with the techs are decent. People have been nice so far. A thing to consider though, your techs shouldn’t be opening outside faucets to use people’s water. You wouldn’t want anything to happen where they broke or didn’t close the faucet properly accounting for higher water bills on the customer.
