P.S - we met Wayne years ago when he fixed an unfortunate problem that has been ‘given’ to us. He was professional and made the situation funny with his witty humor. I was NOT a happy camper at the moment. We’ve continued his local services as the BIG BOX companies were unable to keep typical bugs etc. at bay. He handled it all quickly and reasonably priced might I add!

For years I tried to take care of any pests I had around my home, but once an ant problem would not go away I found Rhino Pest Control. Wayne saw the issue and the ant problem was gone in 24 hours! The personal service I receive from Wayne is wonderful. A quick text before each visit to ask about any issues and in a flash he is here and problems are solved.

After getting stung by a wasp and bitten by a spider in the same day (yes, really!), I knew it was time to call in the professionals. I reached out to Rhino Pest Control and spoke with Wayne, who immediately made me and my family a top priority. He came out quickly, located and removed multiple wasp nests around our home, and was nothing but kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s been about a week now, and I haven’t seen a single wasp. Praise the Lord! If you’re dealing with pests and want peace of mind, I highly recommend Rhino Pest Control!

We are so pleased with the service from Rhino Pest Control! They were recommended by someone in our neighborhood and we couldn't be happier. We made the switch from a larger company after two years of unsatisfactory pest control and wish we had done it sooner. Ever since Rhino's first service, we've had absolutely NO issues with pests at all. Wayne took his time listening to our concerns and explaining his method of treatment (he's also VERY good with dogs)! This is the first time since we moved here that we haven't had pest control issues. We also love supporting small, locally-owned businesses. Thank you Wayne!

I canceled him after first service. We had Wayne come to our brand new house for the initial spray. During the service, he kept saying again and again, ‘ if you see this, don’t call me. If you see that, don’t call me.’ The whole time he was trying to make sure that we will not call him if we had anything issues down the road. He also implied that he won’t spray interior after the first spray. Shortly after the initial service, we saw roaches both dead and live several more times in multiple places in the house. In the beginning he ignored my husband’s voice mails. At the end, he told me:’I’m not going to come out because of your bug phobia’. So, as a pest control professional, not only did he not provide the pest control service I paid for, but also gave me a diagnosis as if he was a psychologist. He was rude, disrespectful and he was not professional at all. I called my bank right away and got my money back. I’d never recommend him to anyone.

He was not respectful to our house. We don’t wear shoes in the house. He had on dirty shoes when he came in and when I asked if he would put on booties or take his shoes off he said only if I provide booties for him. He dirty our house with his shoes on while spraying for bugs. I found an exterminator company that respects me and my house with a much lower rate. So I’m replying to your response. Not only you were disrespectful but you’re also lying to look good on here. I asked you to wear booties before you started. I was the one that called you not my husband and I was the one that open the door for you. I’ve had 2 exterminators come out to my house before and after you and they all had booties with them without me asking them. I’m sure I am not the only house that don’t allowed shoes in the house so get used to it. They are cheap n is worth the investment to show your customers you respect their house. You walked in like you own the place with your smirk on. So please stop lying you’re making yourself look worse. I will never recommend you to my friends n family.
