I am appalled at the reckless driving I was subject to Osceola Parkway this morning at 6:48 in the morning, speeding, flashing his high beams, acting ridiculous and making me feel so unsafe during my commute to work. Hire better drivers please.

Do NOT use this company if you're trying to buy a home! I wish I would have hired a lawyer after the 1st day of moving into my house, I have videos, and pictures still time/ dated with emails , plus phone calls about how much stuff the inspector missed, or neglected to inform us about. It was literally RAINING inside my house, and after months they determined it was condensation , because there's zero installation. They did NOTHING to resolve this , there 100 day warranty is a LIE!!! I have so many leaks , and I had a mold specialist come out to my house there's mold in every single wall. Under the floors , EVERYWHERE They said the mold's been there 10 plus years all in the floors through the roof everywhere! I am so sick, I can't live like this anymore, I'm trying to find a lawyer that will sue them for not inspecting. They literally ruined my health and my life. Please don't put your family through this. Find another inspection company that actually inspects.

Yet to take the time to take your concerns into the public eye on the open web, failing to account for Tue fact that you not once reached out to our form with such matters. Would you care to share with us the actual licensed contractor when we performed any given inspection you are so mentioning, and or describing!? <br>We work hard on behalf of all of our clients to assure we protect them from matter like the one you mentioned post closing. Being that we are not a costume to receiving such reviews being not one but a magnitude of questions regarding the credibility of your review. After doing a research we found no one under your name in our system for recent or past clients! If you feel our team at any point of the services render failed to provide and report the hired services and conditions we ask that you reach out to us with your details so we can locate your past services which currently do not exists.<br>407-439-4190 as per our services agreement and allow us the opportunity to review tye reports and findings reported along with the deficiencies you so claimed we failed to account for. Otherwise we asked that you cease and desist from making misleading statements about our firm and services. <br><br>Once again thank you and we hope to hear from you in the days ahead of in fact you feel we failed to provide you with the services for which we were hired.

InSpecPro/ Hornetz continues to be our pest control contractor of choice. We have a long-standing working relationship w/ Joe. Recently, his son has joined his team and is getting good experience in the field. His son also conducts himself w/ professionalism and courtesy. I did notice a wasp nest in our entryway that he missed during his walk-through, but I quickly knocked it down. I doubt Joe would have missed it. But otherwise, the young man does a very good job and is a welcome addition to the team.

We’ve known inSpecPro for 5 years now. We met Joe during our new home inspection and called him again for our one year inspection. He found several issues covered by warranty that we were able to get it fixed. We also use hornetz pest control as well. All services offered by them are very good, I recommend them.

Had Joe inspect our roof after Hurricane Ian, thank goodness we did as he found and fixed a leaking area that wasn't visible from the outside but from the attic inside. It could have caused a lot of damage if he hadn't found it. Thanks Joe and team for the fix at a reasonable cost.
