Massey Services Pest Control

We have had Massey for approximately 8 months, and they have skipped our service 3 times. Repeated phone calls have been required to get someone to come back and actually service our yard (they either skip the back yard and only treat the front, or completely skip altogether). We signed up for irrigation maintenance, yard maintenance, and landscaping maintenance. We have sprinklers that do not retract, and one side elf our yard has been left barren and overwatered. You've Been Warned! I am giving this location a 1 star review, because of their customer service, & poor conflict resolution. They also seem to have poor reasoning & listening skills. We had Massey at our previous address. We were satisfied with the service that we received from that office. Therefore, we decided to stay with Massey, even though it was out of a different office. Poor customer service- my lawn was sprayed/treated and 30 days later it went brown and patchy. Called for help and the tech came out- turned on my sprinklers, stood there and then left. No follow up until I asked and guess what he blamed my perfectly fine sprinkler system. Great customer service blame the customer and not even a follow up call or email. Should explore better service practices like home pest defense or other good companies where they pick up the phone and build a relationship wi
