I am extremely disappointed with this company. They have already come to my house four times for spider control and the problem continues exactly the same. I keep finding spiders inside my home with the same frequency as before. The product they use simply does not work. I see spiders walking over the exact same spots where the technician applied the product that was supposed to kill them, and nothing happens. I have never found a single dead spider, only live ones. We had HomeTeam Pest Defense for 9 years. Our builder had this company servicing the new homes in our community when they were built in 2016. We kept them servicing our home from 2016 until just recently. Their prices increased to the point that other companies surely could beat.
