These guys have been awesome. Left a message at first with their ai assistant. But got a call back promptly from the Owner of the company. Very nice on the phone and had a teck out to my place in a couple hours. Fabrizio has been the man with the plan since then. He even put up a personal trail cam to keep an eye on the traps at the back of my property! They may be expensive up front but have been coming out every day and don't just stop and pick up their traps on Friday. Not scared of working a weekend thats for sure. I've got the monthly plan now and hands down it's been worth it. I would highly recommend these guys if you have a racoon problem or other pests lurking around!

Gave me a time to be at my home. Waited all afternoon.Guess what, No Call, No Show. Guess they don't care. I wouldn't depend on them.

Provider response

Hi Bill, after some review, it looks like you may have us mixed up with another company. We have no record of any interaction with you. That said, if you still have wildlife related issues feel free to reach us at 561-782-6223 and we'll be happy to get you squared away!

We found a two-foot Iguana crawling around, by listening to the sounds in our walls and ceiling, and using a borescope. None of the major pest control companies knew how to catch it or how to get it out. Finally, we found Wildlife Troopers. Their amazing tech, Noah (who we now call the Iguana Whisperer), came out and caught it in a single day. He also found how it got in through a hole under the eaves that the other major companies overlooked. He was also a pro at moving through our cramped attic, making it look easy. Another one of their service people patched the hole. They did the entire job in record time for a fair price. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and professional across the board. Expert staff and efficient. I will 100% be calling them again for any other pest control issues.

Terrible. The worst. I paid Wildlife Troopers $525 for 4 nights of raccoon trapping and they caught zero raccoons. Their technician shows up driving his Kia sedan and pulls traps out of the back seat and trunk, then proceeds to haphazardly place them around the house with very little thought to where would be a good spot. My outdoor cameras recorded footage of 3 raccoons coming into the yard that night and using it is as latrine. I showed the technician the footage and he moved one of the traps into the front yard next to the driveway instead of in the backyard where the activity was. Bottom line- zero raccoons caught, technician had no idea what he was doing, customer service was poor, no refund. I called up a different company a few weeks later and they come out in a truck, well equipped for handling and transporting raccoon traps, the technician knew where to place the traps and they proceeded to catch 5 raccoons in 4 days.

Ty, Your response is incorrect. At no time was I asked to work with my HOA, however, I was told the best way to rectify is to "tent the entire building". The HOA visited each home in my building and was told no others have an issue other than my unit and the unit on the end. Because the unit between us denied any issues and my constant communication with the HOA, they hired a private pest control company. The pest control company alleged they went into the adjoining home's attic and saw no signs. I was later informed it was too hot and the pest control rep only peeked in from the stairs. The issue is still present and after many phone calls to you and 2 of your employees, I found it necessary to write this review. One of the last conversations I had was "the office would call me". That never happened even after continuous phone calls. You are welcome to return to the home at your leisure.

All I can say is I would run not walk this is a horribly run business. They don’t care they do care about taking your money and overcharging you, but they work two days put a trap in upside down, which I have pictures of and think they’re going to catch some thing I had them come pick up the trap And was told that they would review whatever that means my account and refund me my money. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago close to three weeks ago and now they won’t answer my calls. I’ve called from different numbers so I had my son called today and he tells me Jose that is the owner to hire an attorney that they did a weeks work which is not true I live on a farm. I’m here every day or my guy is here. They were here two times that is it. Even the guy Brandon that works for him said they were here twice. They also promised to come out and check the traps every day. There were three witnesses that heard this, and that did not get done so they’re in default of a contract and I just told them to pick up the cage which they did but now they won’t give me my money back told me to hire an attorney I read some yelp reviews looks like they’ve taken a lot of people for a lot more money than me but I am $1600 I paid them in good faith they need to refund my money maybe -$100 for gas coming out here but they didn’t do anything so all I can say is Buyer beware this is what’s wrong with the world now a days no one is a person of their word, and I still have a coyote and bobcat problem which I’m dealing with on my own. Basically I was dealing with it on my own when they brought a trap for two days so all I can say is fire beware anyone wanna contact me that is fine I would run like I said not walk don’t get taken like I did, they don’t know what they’re doing. The one guy that works for them does that is it anyone wants to see pictures please ask me and I will send them. It’s actually funny I said raccoon traps all the time. No coyotes gonna walk on top of a cage and walk in and trip it I had to laugh when my neighbor took pictures of the traps this is been a nightmare. All I want is my money back and no more aggravation from these people but like I said, I do have three witnesses of what they said they were going to do and that’s all I need. I did talk to my attorney but I don’t feel like paying extra money when I’m owed this money and I should be just paid what I’m owed maybe -100 like I said for their time and gas I am a fair person. Karma I treat people in life the way I want to be treated. And if I could give less than one star, I would Also, check out the yelp reviews there’s quite a few one stars they’ve taken people for 5000 4000 a lot more than me but everyone pretty much says the same thing they’re crooks do you research And by the way, I have no problem with Brandon. He’s excellent and very informative. He knows what he’s doing. I have a huge problem with Jose. He doesn’t do what he says he’s doing. And I don’t deal with people like this Just beware, you’ve been warned and read yelp reviews I would have before I gave them $1600

Do not use this company...you have been warned. They charged me over $3500 to wildlife proof my house. A ridiculously high price that I only agreed to because they said it had a lifetime warranty as long as they perform a yearly inspection. We had them come out for the yearly inspection and they handed us a bill for over $550 to extend the warranty. I told Jose the manager that is not how his employee explained it to me and he said he’s known his guy longer than he’s known me so he’s going to believe his employee. Also reviewing my original receipt I paid $489 for critter removal but there were no critters to remove. Totally dishonest and unethical.

Had them come out to my property because my wife and son saw a raccoon on the roof. Their tech checked out attic and said no raccoons but that we had an infestation of roof rats. Said there was excrement everywhere and visible trails on the air vents. Really scared us by saying we were breathing in their fecal matter. When the quote to secure the property and get rid of said rodents came around it was over $4500. Had a different company come same day and gentlemen went deep into the attic and found zero trace of rodents. New company didn’t understand why they would scare us so. They put out sunflower seeds and in 3 days they have not been disturbed and had Hoffer who we have a contract with check today and they corroborated zero rodents in attic. Not sure if the guy was new or if he was trying to screw us out of a ton of money. Seemed nice enough but left a sour taste in our mouths. Have the quote if anyone doubts the authenticity of this review

Price is outrageous. Call anyone but them and they will do the same service for 1/3 of the cost. Do not fall for the sale persons hype, 'Kyle.' They take advantage and do not care. They will charge your credit card without permission. BEWARE. They will NOT honor their 10% off for 1st time customers coupon either. 'Kyle' told me they only advertise that to get customers to call. They will bad mouth their competition, etc. and pressure you into a contract. I could go on... They LIE.

Provider response

Hello Kim, I'm Jose Molina, Managing Partner of Wildlife Troopers holding most NWCOA nuisance wildlife removal certifications and many years of experience in this beautiful industry. Thank you for the opportunity you gave us to keep these unwelcomed critters from your home. It is typical for clients and customers to have different emotional responses to what's very common in my line of work "strange noises in my attic or walls" and "unwanted critters in kitchen and general living space." I hope that, at the very least, by keeping these critters away for good from both of your homes after over a month of our work, you can have peace of mind and see value in that and eventually rate us fairly. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me directly at 561-809-4572; you are always welcome to reach out to me.

Beware - Had him come to provide estimate for bee removal. Estimate amount was $900. Asked him if he would do the job for $800, he said he would do it for $750 if I left him a good google review (lower than I offered to pay). I agreed, not a problem at all, we would be happy to leave you a great review. However he wanted all the money upfront and his crew would return in a few days to remove the bee's. Not even willing to take a deposit, demanded the full amount upfront! Not knowing this man, why would we give him $750 and not know if he would even return so the office asked him if we could pay them when they come to do the work and the answer was no! And we have to wait a few days for the bee removal with a HUGE bee infestation, not professional in my opinion. I own a business and my customers pay 50% down and 50% upon completion, that is how you do business professionally. We hired another bee removal company who was glad to come the same day to take care of the problem and allowed us to pay the full amount upon completion, which was much lower I might add. Hopefully, this is a lesson learned on his part.

Provider response

My technician arrived for a free assessment on a bee problem they are having, after our initial inspection we provide our free quote. Mr. Brittain wasn’t happy with our estimate and requested a discount, confident in our skills we happily reduced the initial quote but in turn ask for a review once service was performed. Mr. Brittain ultimate went with someone else and decided to damage our reputation to “teach us a lesson” as a certified, highly reputable, licensed, and insured small business I honestly failed to understand his “lesson” but certainly speaks of his character and business ethics so I thought to share and warn others from doing business with him just in case Mr. Brittain feels like teaching you a lesson as well. Over the last 6 years we have helped over tens of thousands of local homeowners with their animal removal needs and have never had a complaint like this before about our business practices. Please call 561-809-4572 if you have any further questions.

Initially responsive and were very nice when Yamil first came out but then no one ever came back to check the trap which resulted in the death of an animal! My husband and I both called and texted multiple times without response. Palm Beach animal control had to come out and take the trap and animal away after 4 days of these guys not checking the trap! Definitely consider other companies for this!

Dear Mr. and Mrs. DiSpazio, I apologize for the inconvenience. My team and I take great pride in our work and client satisfaction is our top priority. Please reach out to me personally at (561) 809-4572 so we can make things right. Thank you and talk soon! -Jose Molina, Owner of Wildlife Troopers
