When I called this company, they immediately set up a date and time for them to come out. And the very next day, the b's nest with all the bees were gone. TLDR: Purcor took our money and provided no service. Purcor took over from our previous company that we had a bond with. We’ve been paying annually for almost a decade. We just found that we had termite activity and when we called we were told that they made a mistake and that even though they’ve continued to renew and charge us that they can’t honor their service.
