BEWARE!!!!!!!! Called this company out for an initial inspection for possibly ants or termites. They assured us it was wood eating termites and it would cost a whopping $3500 to tent the property and almost $200 monthly maintenance fee. We got 3 other companies to come out and assess and not one thought it was termite. They all said it was ants (i knew it was ants), just wanted to hear from the professionals.
