They never called to set a time to visit the house therefore when they come they don't come inside and only spray the front of the house and not the backyard.

Stefano was a pleasure to have. He made the experience personal instead of it feeling commercial. He was extremely welcoming very friendly. He listened and paid attention to the needs of my home. He always does a good job. He gave me ant bait for the bathroom this trip. I haven't had bugs in the house since Hoffer has been spaying outside. I love not having chemicals in the house.
