Great company!! Great service!! Anyone that’s been in business for as long as them with positive reviews like they have, you know they put their heart into it. Says a lot!! Also if you notice the only people that left bad reviews you can tell it was people who failed to follow the in detail and instructions. For me and for everyone else this is a stressful process. I feel better Dan and his son Dan are taking care of me. Also the girls at the office are amazingly sweet!!

Well, where can I begin? I purchased a house in Leisureville on January 6, 2025. I had owned a home in Lake Charleston for 34 years. I actually had the house built. I bought this home,and I knew that the roof needed to be replaced. So, of course , I did that. When they tore off the roof, they noticed the extensive termite damage and that live termites were present. . Obviously , I was appalled. I contacted a couple of companies, and I really did not feel that I was getting the personal attention that I needed. Revenge PEST CONTROL was recommended by several neighbors in my new community I did call them , however, with luck, I happened to be outside with a neighbor and Dan with revenge PEST CONTROL, happened to be at his house and up my street. So I saw him and began talking to him . I approached him and he was very professional and informative . He seemed to be very, very honest, and I was impressed. I told him that I needed my house fumigated due to the termites. I contacted his company again, and let them know that I spoke to him regarding the termite fumigation. Number one Dorothy and the other people on the phone were very professional and very informative.. They told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do since this was my first time. They also quoted me a very reasonable price. Obviously, I appreciated the way I was treated , and I lwent with them. The day of my fumigation, I spoke to all the gentleman. They were outside doing the work and they answered every question that I had (considering I have never done this before). I just felt very comfortable. I went away for a couple of days because obviously I needed to be out of the house. When the work was completed , I received a call from Dan Senior to let me know it was OK to come to back to my home. Once again, all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this company for any termite needs that you may have. They treat you like a human being and Not just like a number. It’s very refreshing to have companies treat you like an individual and not just another number or money making customer. Any of my termite or pest control needs will be handled by revenge PEST CONTROL . I highly recommend them.

Revenge is a great company who stands behind their promises. Sure they did a great job tenting my house and expertly ridding my life of termites. And although I initially rolled my eyes when Revenge offered me a "warranty," I bought into it and paid it every year. 10 years later I had termites again and guess what: Revenge came and re-tented my house again and again ridded my life of termites -- no questions asked and no charge whatsoever. Hire Revenge and pay for the warranty. You'll thank yourself later.

We had our rental home tented for termites with this company recently. They have multiple people telling you various different things on how to prepare yourself and your home. When they arrived the morning of, we got no warning as to what time they were coming. We moved everything to the garage to be protected and safe from the fumigation process the night before. Upon arriving, Dan ask if we have a garage. I told him yes and he said he would have to check if that needed to be fumigated as well. He checked, and he did have to fumigate the space as well. At this point we are furious and bewildered at the fact that these people came to inspect weeks before the initial fumigation and neglected to tell us they would have to do the garage as well. We had already packed everything we wanted to keep safe in the garage. Because of this new information we had to rush and save what we could because they were basically running us out of the house with their impatience. We told the property manager to tell them know we did not need fumigation bags just a few days before because we were storing our things to be saved in the garage. Still no one said anything about the garage being fumigated. Keep in mind the garage is not attached to the house. The lack of communication made this process extremely stressful and difficult. The workers had bad attitudes and rushed us to move the stuff out of the garage. Before we could even get out the house they started to assemble the tent leaving us unable to rescue the rest of the belongings from the garage because we were blocked in from them prematurely setting up the tent. I am very dissatisfied with the way this company does business. The customer service is subpar and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. They also did not properly secure the premisses after they were done and they didnt put things back they way they should have. They also used our water hose without permission and did not put it back. Unprofessional and careless. (I read the paperwork thoroughly, Take responsibility for your negligence!)
