I used protective pest control for my 4 properties in Loxahatchee they do a great job on the exterior of the houses and an exceptional job on the interior no harsh smells and never see bugs.I used to have dozens of fire ant piles throughout my yards until I have protective pest control come out haven’t see a ant piles since. I highly recommend Protective pest control as I have for the past 2 years 👍

I have been a customer for over 24 years. The owner and his crew are all very professional and accommodating. If you see any bugs, bees, spiders, anything, they come out right away to address any issues you have. I can honestly say I have never had a bug after starting with them. Chris is an awesome technician. Very respectful and professional. Always represents the company well. Highly recommend this company

Moved into a new house with an ant problem. These guys were able to come out within 2 days and take care of it. Our technician was super friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave us tips on how best to manage it. The solution he sprayed was odorless and non-toxic to humans. The annual contract is pretty reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service and Pricing. We had a major ant issue that i tried everything to resolve myself and once i gave up I called Protective Pest Control and serveral other pest control companies and Protective beat all the competition by at least 20% but the best part is our issues were resolved on the first treatment. I couldn't believe it. We signed up for their annual service plan (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and i have to say that their entire staff are really 1st class professionals. The techs that come out take their time and get the job done absolutely right. I can't say enough but they are excellent all the way around. We highly recommend Protective Pest Control. If you're considering their service you'll be very happy I can assure you.

Provide professional pest services. The only comment I'd add is the repeated email billing notifications every month can cause confusion. I do not know of any other company that sends bills multiple times a month.

Protective Pest Control has kept us pest-free for over 20 years, and I highly recommend them. On the few occasions when we have had ants return, Protective comes out immediately to take care of the pests at no additional charge (with the yearly treatment plan). Every person we have dealt with at Protective has always been courteous and helpful. If you're looking for a pest control company, you need not look any further, in my opinion!

I have been a customer of Protective Pest for 5 years. They are great for pest protection and lawn care. Paid for their service, had to go and spend additional money buying pest control products as I was constantly finding spiders, earwigs, ants and roaches inside the house. Called them to ask for a visit and they said that they had come 2 weeks ago and it was my problem. I would not recommend this business to anyone, pay a little more and get a different company that understands good customer service.

We have had Protective treating our home and property for nearly 10 years and rarely had issues across that span of time but, something changed over the last couple of years. Our home gets treated annually and not too long after this year’s treatment we began seeing small roaches inside. Never before had this happened. We called Protective and they came out again and the problem did eventually get better after they left roach and ant traps out....not sure why the initial products didn’t work? About 4 months ago, we had issues in a small area of the lawn that Protective identified as a fungus. They charged to come out to treat the problem however, the problem continued and ultimately has spread to nearly the entire yard. Finally my wife called with concern and spoke with the owner Richie about the continued problems. Interactions with Richie are typically argumentative and defensive. This time was no different and he spoke in a condescending and off putting manner that is absolutely an unacceptable way to speak to customers. The treatment costs between the house, the yard, hedge, and the ornamentals - is about $2,000 a year. Considering that our home is about 2,700sq ft with a lawn primarily only up front as we have a pool covering nearly the entire back yard - we spend considerable monies to ensure we receive the highest quality product and service. We’re not getting it anymore. I spoke with Richie about the worsening issue — he explained that this was something common that I’d have to essentially live with and that he could really do nothing about. His technician would look at the lawn on the next scheduled visit. Really? That’s not at all customer service! It was a small problem that has now consumed the yard and is a BIG problem. We’ll likely have to replace our entire front lawn! All because the technician missed something but mostly because the owner doesn’t care what his customers are saying. Great companies are great for their consistent delivery of service and because they handle things when they go wrong.... Protective has been inconsistent and the way they’ve handled problems is not acceptable for loyal, paying customers. Buyer beware!
