Excellent Company we have been using them for 2 yrs. We have a wood house so we need to have a service. Since we have had them it’s so much better. They show up and send texts ahead of time. If you have a problem bring it to their attention and they are on it to resolve the issue.

Excellent service. The local owners have a wonderful staff, including those in the office as well as the well trained technicians. I highly recommend this company!!

Highly recommend! I called this morning about a rodent problem, and the rep on the phone took my information so a tech cpuld reach out. In a Very reasonable amount of time, Matt called back and took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain things to me even though he can help right now due to it being a condo. If the HOA does hire a company for the whole building I hope it's this one! Pay attention to people who help you when there is nothing for them to gain in return!

Easy to schedule an initial appointment. The tech was knowledgeable and had a game plan shortly, with an immediate appointment to treat. The treatment specialist was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

On January 11th, one of their drivers nearly ran me off the road and caused a major accident by refusing to merge properly on center Street in Jupiter Florida. If their drivers are this terrible and disrespectful I would never trust them for service inside my home or on my property

My parents had Will come out to do the initial inspection for ants as they had just moved to the area and he was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The technician Ave is always friendly and asks how things have been with the progression of ants and treats accordingly. They have had no ants for a few months which is great!!!

Our house was infested with drain flies. I called the company- got a same day appointment. Technician was great. Very professional, on time and knowledgable. Treatment was effective within less than 24 hours. We are now using this company for a maintenance program for pest control. If I could give this company 10 stars I would.

My lawn never been as it it’s now no feedback from them when I call them someone said it is a fungus we can fix it, next day a text message it is a virus you need to replace it

Florida environmental pest control is an incredible pest management company that knows there stuff. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to insects, rodents, and wildlife life. Rob is very professional and he does a very thorough exceptional job. I am so happy that we chose Florida environmental pest control to do our pest management. We recently had a spider issue brown widow problem to be exact, and ever since Florida environmental pest control came by and sprayed our facilities which has over 70 units. Rob went in each vacant unit one by one cleaning out cob webs and spraying each individual unit thoroughly. Inside and outside each unit. We no longer have a problem with poisonous spiders. I would recommend Florida environmental pest control to everyone I know because they are truly the best pest control out there!! :)

I signed up for a year of pest control services September 2021 with Florida Environmental Pest Managment. Payments were set up to be automatic for one year. Over the course of 6 months this company “forgot” to bill me. My balance on the website remained 0 and I believed the payments were coming out of my account. I received an email and text on 3/14/22 that my account was 217 past due and I owed hundreds of dollars. They also threatened to send me collections if I did not immediately pay. I understand I owe the bill, I’ll pay for the services but they did not take the payments automatically like they were supposed, Did not notify me that the payments were not being made to the point that my account balance was 0 on their website and then sent me a HUGE bill I was not prepared for as well as threatening me with collections. I continued to get threatening messages from this company as I made payments for weeks. I finally decided to reach out bc the threatening was enough especially for a mistake on their behalf. I was immediately responded to with a horrible attitude and their admins blatantly lying to me that “they had reached out several times about my bill.” I have all emails, texts, and photos of website to back this up. I was not once contacted between September to March to let me know there was an outstanding bill. They actually never even called me phone until this situation escalated with me calling them out for lying. I do want to note the pest control techs that came to the home were always lovely, it’s just unfortunate certain employees attitude ruined this company. If they were have reached out to me about the mistake we could have worked it out no problem but they immediately went on the offense and threatened to ruin my life over a mistake on their behalf then doubled down by lying. *EDIT- would like to add to this review that I purchased services through a different pest control company after the debacle I had with this company. We have had LESS pest problems since hiring the new company and now the problem seems to be completely eradicated. While using this company for 9 months- we continued to have problems with pests the entire time.

Very happy with this company and the consistent quality of work their products and techs deliver. Rob our tech has always done a fantastic job taking good care of us.

He was on time. Nice professional and was careful around all my families landscapes without ruining anything. Very thorough. Would definitely recommend and I plan on using again in the future. Hard to find good work ethic these days. He is it. Happy with my results.

Office is great to deal with, our service tech Steve E is the best, his knowledge of his job and professional manner are extraordinary. He greets you asks for updates that we may have seen and then goes about his work. He is a true find and is a credit to his company.
