They explained how it worked and my options, then I picked up the heating system from them in West Palm Beach (they also deliver). I was able to heat the entire house myself for about $500! It was surprisingly easy and the company was great. They were very informed about bed bugs and answered the phone during the treatment when I had a question. It definitely worked. My bedroom, which was the the only area I found them, got to 140 degrees and it killed them all! I could have just treated my room but it was not that expensive to upgrade to a bigger system. Glad I went this route to save the money and would do it again. My regular pest guy uses chemicals only and another South Florida bed bug company I called quoted me $2400 for a full service heat treatment! Wow! I wasn't expecting that kind of sticker shock! I could rent this system 4-5 times for the same price as paying an exterminator to come out and do it. Good value, good experience, bed bugs are dead.
