This review isn't based on one bad visit. It's based on a consistent pattern of missed appointments, repeated scheduling issues, poor communication, and declining customer service over time. If reliability, organization, and responsiveness are important to you, I would think twice before choosing this company. It's unfortunate to see what was once a good local business lose the professionalism and dependability that earned loyalty for many years.

I have tried several extermination companies, but Beach Environmental has been the best. They use environmentally-friendly products, and are clean and courteous. Every visit they ask for an update about any sightings since their last treatment, and will always remind me as they leave to contact them anytime should I need them before their next visit. Outstanding results and customer service.

had a major ant problem that just wouldn't quit no matter what i tried. they came out and cleared it up in one visit. seriously, haven't seen a single one since. so relieved lol, definitely my go-to from now on.

found a huge spider in the garage and called them immediately lol. they were out the next day and sprayed everything down. haven't had any issues since then. super helpful team!

White Beach Env truck is speeding and driving erratically in our neighborhood of Horseshoe Acres. I spoke with management before, and they dismissed it. We need to group our comments so that when one of their trucks is involved in an accident, we have evidence that their management does not police their fleet.

Jacquelin Godfrey was quite helpful and very responsive when I called her regarding my pest problem within minutes of my call. I had a DocuSign on my email and was scheduled for service.

He was very courteous and told me how they would keep my lawn looking very nice and if I had any problem, all I had to do would be to call the office and they would send someone out immediately. I am very pleased with the Platinum Program lawn service that I am currently receiving from Josh Irons and his team. I have observed significant lawn improvement with weed, fungus, fumigation, and pest control. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Josh Irons. I needed pest control for the house and pest control for the lawn and Josh set me up with the proper service that was required. No fumigation was needed but pest control was definitely needed. Kudos to Josh and his recommendation. All services were done in a timely manner.

I used my credit card to pay ½ my bill 21.00. They ran my card next day for other 21 without my permission. beware giving them info you cant just charge at free will I had 21 dollars you took 42 I paid for going over my limit. You actually unauthorized and without any noticed ran my card twice that's illegal and decently dishonest.so guess you should tell customers that any balance don't worry we kept your card info for our protection. Totally illegal and deceitful credit card Co says I could file improper tactics it's also illegal to charge on a card without permission.

Terrible driver in Lox in their work truck. Laying on the horn at a four way stop. Don’t do business with people with no patience in a School zone and two at a 4 way stop.
