Been using Amazon Jack for a couple years, and their communication has always been prompt, straightforward and friendly. They are very transparent with charges and in fact, go so far as to text me before they run each charge for each service (bc each time they ask my preference for when I would like to be charged - so considerate !). When my dogs were both having allergies, and we didn’t know what they were from, they immediately changed up our spray to a hand, spraying with a hypoallergenic formulation that was natural. It turned out the allergies My dogs were having was food related but as far as I know, they have continued hands spray, the natural formulation for me, regardless, which is greatly appreciated! Very attentive to my needs and this is very rare in this business! A+ all around! And prices r super reasonable also !!!

While I was away from home for work, my wife called me last Sunday to tell me she’d just killed the seventh bee in the house in a span of minutes. I called Angela at Amazon Jack. I found out that they don’t do bee removal but they called someone who does and got them to my house within the hour! Amazon Jack charged me nothing, but helped my family deal with a dangerous situation quickly, on a Sunday no less. Thank you for going above and beyond!! Great people, great company!
