Stark Exterminators

I have used Stark for years (since they were Bug Master) for our home and business - they used to be great. I haven't had service at my home since the end of June, and it's mid September - no one can tell me why. Calls go unreturned from our regular service person. No one bothers to call and the receptionists just apologize. I can't even get an email verifying cancellation. We will miss Bob for our business but I won't give them any business after this dis. Bought a home in the area in August. Shortly after purchase we began receiving a bill from Stark addressed to "New Home Owner." (Service date on bill is from June) We have not had this company perform any services for us... ever. At first it was amusing... but its become much less than amusing in October. My brother called this Yahoo company they came out and collected a $200 down payment and never produced a contract or anything the guy that came out stated that the job was gonna cost 2200 and person was gonna come out every other day to trap and change out traps have not seen one person and the got another $400 and still no worker has come out and what kind of company ask you to use venmo for payment so with that being said I dont trust this company and will be getting a refund
