We have been happy with our Green Island Lawn service. Chris Richards has been very knowledgeable as to what treatment we need for our lawn. When we bought our home, our lawn was in bad shape.We have had Green Island service for nearly 3 years and our lawn shows 100% improvement. we hear many compliments on how nice our property looks. The company that mows our lawn tells me that of all the properties he services, ours is one of the nicest in the area. Chris keeps us informed of when he will be treating our lawn and he's easy to stay in touch, via e-mail or personal contract. We rely on his judgement and expertise as to what is best to maintain the appearance of our lawn. After the Freeze this past winter, Chris advised us to be patient and give more recovery time. Thank you to Brooke for the speedy assessment of what I need for my new lawn. She also set my Irrigation for the correct amount of time I recommended a great person for checking my Irrigation sprinklers. As promised, they came out and did the first solution on my yard within a few days and everything is looking great for the new grass.

Our representative, Adam, emailed us the day before our service to ask if we had any concerns. When he showed up the next morning he had Solutions to the problems in his hand. He was very polite and efficient and took care of our home.

We love Green Island! Brooke evaluated our acre lot and said "give me 3-4 months" and you will be amazed. Well, we've been a customer for about a year and have never been happier. Derek Francis was our first technician and we were very pleased with his professional attitude and knowledge in bringing our grass back to life. Adam Reynolds has been our technician since January, our grass has never been healthier and he takes the time to explain what he's doing that month to care for our lawn, shrubs and palm trees. He emails us the night before our visit so that not only do we know he's coming but what he will be focusing on fertilizing and to address any concerns we have. It may seem expensive to pay for this type of service but we are definitely getting our money's worth and it shows. Their fertilizer grew healthy grass where we had dirt! It has been worth the commitment and Brooke knows how to bring a lawn back to life!!

Awesome experience so far. Brooke our account manager came to our house to provide a comprehensive analysis of our existing St. Augustine and the new St. Augustine sod just place a week before. She explained what it needed to help it get started and what the follow up treatments were for and the frequency. She even gave some tips on how to fill so low spots. Kyle our service tech came for the first treatment and introduced himself, explained what he’s be doing and landings any questions. Georgeanne in the billing office helped me straighten out an issue I had that was my own fault. Thanks to all of the folks at Green Island! Job well done.

My experience with this company has not been good. Beware of the content of your contract. They charge an initial start up fee which I didn't mind paying. My contract expires August 26, 2026 and because I canceled their service prior to the expiration of the contract they are charging me a $210.00 termination fee. I canceled the service because I was dissatisfied. When they first started I had crab grass which I was told I would need to kill. As they serviced my lawn weeds started to grow. When I canceled the service they offered to come to my home and assess the problem. My thought is if you have a monthly service and the same person is providing the service wouldn't you think they would see and fix the problem. In addition, at the beginning of the treatment my lawn was invaded by moles. When I had them come out to assess the problem they said they would treat the lawn for the moles for $50.00. I thought it was a one time charge but then I was charged $50.00 for the following month. When I said I didn't have moles prior to their service I was told there was something in the product that could draw moles to my yard. So I told them to stop using the product that gave me the mole problem. I'm just saying be ware and read the fine print.

I rate a 3 star because they showed up 6 times in the year, each lawn Fertilization service was a quickie, maybe 30 minutes for my 5000 sq ft lawn. I saw little ~ no improvement. I cancelled my service.

I was amazed by the quick response and service by the Green Island team! Brook came right out and walked the property with us, then connected us with an irrigation company who also responded within a timely manner.
