Clements has been taking care of our pest control for 20 years. Josh is a top notch serviceman, always calling before he comes out, and is so friendly and polite during his visits. He addresses any concerns and has follow up done by his office or another department if needed. The office staff are also responsive and clearly care about true customer service. It’s a pleasure to work with Clements and that seems rare these days!

We gave Clements a try. They started out good and then, like most of these type services, they slacked off. Dollar weeds started to take over our lawn. I pointed them out to the man who serviced us. He sprayed the area one time instead of making sure he treated it each visit. We hired a new service to take over and I can already see the weeds dying off.

As noted when you you called to cancel service, we offered to send a supervisor out immediately to remedy any issues but that was declined.
