Ian Morgan, the founder of HomeShield, had a dream of owning a company one day. Early on in his career he worked for another pest control company and saw that his ideas could really make a difference. He wanted to change the pest control industry for the better, so he got to work. In 2009, he started HomeShield Pest Control out of his parent’s garage. After almost sixteen years of hard work and consistently listening to our customers, the company has grown to be what it is today: a company focused on creating peace of mind, making people happy, and genuinely caring for those it serves.

Today is only the third visit since I switched to Home Shield Pest Control. At all times John served my needs very well. From the first visit, I saw a decrease in bug activity and I have not seen any kind of incursions into my home. I hope John will main my service tech because I enjoy having a rapport and build a history with any one who works on my property.

John is very professional and cordial. John takes time to explain pest control of various pests. He is pleasant and presents himself well.
Antione was an incredible tech. He was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He was such a pleasure to work with, I was happy to learn from him. Edit: adding feedback to this companies comment. After some research I can confirm Home Shield is the least knowledgeable pest control service in my area. They continue to charge or fix problem but pest issue persist. Service and customer care is lacking beyond what this review can hold. I’ll be glad to stop my relationship with this company.

They charge $250 and gave me a $150 “discount” because I found them on “google”. When I had to close my account for moving where there is already pest control and couldn’t take the service with me… they charged me the $150. BE AWARE for the “discount” they will not honor it!!! And they didn’t even do a follow up I had to call them to come back out.
