I hired Massey for my lawn service, because I wanted to make sure I had a beautiful lawn for our new home. I called them several times about weeds and ants all over my yard. Well they never mentioned that Bahia lawn can’t be treated for weeds or it will call the current grass. Needless to say they treated it anyway and burned my lawn everywhere. I voiced my issues with the office and was never contacted about what they would do about it. They have a money back guarantee, but I was never offered

If I could give Massey Services zero stars, I would. They do not provide good customer service at all. When I first hired them, they burnt my whole lawn (have pictures to prove it) and then tried to blame me for it, claiming that I wasn't watering my lawn enough. After arguing back and forth with them and speaking to the district manager, they finally reseeded my lawn and gave me three months of service for free because ultimately they knew what they put on my lawn caused it to burn. Hired them for lawn care. They only offer bi monthly. I questioned why not every month like other companies. The salesperson said their product is very effective. Just the opposite. My whole lawn of St. Augustine grass has been taken over by weeds. $3000 worth of St. Augustine almost gone. Salesperson has been no help.
