I had a very good overall experience with S.O.S. Pest Control. They are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with their inspections and treatments. When I called the office, Laura was professional and managed to get us on the schedule very quickly. The technicians arrived on time and did a great job addressing our issue. I have several friends who also use their services and are just as happy with the results. Highly recommend!

SOS pest control does a fantastic job! Pat is thorough and easy to work with. They are easy to get a hold of and communicate well. They also service the common areas in our neighborhood. I know in the past they have done a great job with rodent control around the clubhouse. They offer an array of solutions for your needs. We will use them over and over when needed!

I had Pat come out to our community and everything sounded great, but he never followed through and services were not what he led to be. Services were sub par and Pat tried over charging us for everything, even services we did not sign up for. Plants and trees began dying and he had an excuse for everything. The billing lady was rude and kept sending us bills for services we never received. We still had white fly, moths in grass, ants, mites on trees, termites, and trees dying. Our grass looked horrible with fungus and weeds. We switched to another smaller company and their network of lawn and tree services. Services have been night and day. All pests are gone. We wasted a lot of time and money believing everything Pat was preaching. We will not recommend services because of how Pat handled our community.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL RIPOFF! I contacted them to come look at a pile of dust in a closet of a new home we just bought to tell me if if was from termites. The technician came in my house for 30 seconds, looked at it and said "no, that's from ants. Is that it?" And then he left saying there was nothing he could do and to have a nice day. No talk about servicing the house or billing me for coming out. The next week I get an outrageous bill which I called to discuss what happened and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and refused to be understanding or offer any kind of discount given the circumstances. Terrible business practices, total ripoff. NEVER AGAIN.

Our tech, Josh, was prompt, professional, tidy, and friendly. Great communication as well as results.
